The Growing City Commercail Housing

JiajingKang Town located at the southeast end Tanzhou Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, in the West Bank of the Pearl River, and Zhuhai City is just across the street. The total land area of 438,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 1.344 million square meters, the capacity building area of 1.095 million square meters. It consists of five residential clusters and a commercial area, it employs a total area of over 100,000 square meters. This large-scale commercial complexity project supporting the business community, provincial primary schools, kindergartens brand, ecological park, a science and technology park, an integrated meat market, high classed hotel, luxury office buildings and a series of community facilities, is fully functional life of the community.

 

The main entrance of the project is located on the southwest side of the main channel, Tanlong South Road, for the convergence of Tanzhou and Zhuhai. The north side of the entrance to the northeast of Tanzhou important road Huanshi southeast road, the north for the use of the planning road, the south side of the tributary of the Pearl River. Only a 3-minute drive from the Shangcong checkpoint on the red land, adjacent to the Pearl light rail station, convenient transportation. The importance of this location can be seen, the project has a unique advantage for the Tanzania market.


The design of the residential area attaches importance to the "human needs", the project area is located in the convergence of the two cities. On the one hand it is undoubtedly the key to link the convergence, but on the other hand is also facing the surrounding development is not enough, lack of population density, residents’ behaviors, and environmental remediation and other issues. So the design should create the sports park, cultural and creative park, commercial walking system and other open functions to stimulate here as a new urban hub, with the function of mutual penetration, bring new vitality for the city. At the same time we should extend the construction area design outside the road and the architectures along the road into the district planning construction, to reinforce the ‘Home’ concept, and people will be able to feel this is their own unique world when they walk into the district .


Environmental design follows social progress. With the continuous progress of real estate and urban development, the design of the environment should not be confined to residential areas. By leasing and remediation of the nearby roads, wasteland, waters, to achieve a big effect at a small cost. The well-designed extension of the wetland park and the cultural sports venues, not only greatly improved the surrounding environment of the district, improve the accommodation, but also to the community has a positive impact for the development of the neighboring region. The internal design focus on the space diversity and garden design, and it all based on ‘human needs’.
